I am a Senior Textile and Hard Surface inspector in the inspection, cleaning and restoration business specializing in areas of carpet and hard surface floor coverings. I never perform 5 minute quick inspections. Often times, "hand picked," "buddy" inspectors" or "biased inspectors" are sent to inspect your condition, only to overlook existing conditions or find ways to wiggle out of justifiable claim. Second opinions are strongly recommended if you were subjected to a quick or bogus inspection. Regardless of the outcome, I always tell the truth and report the facts after conducting a field unbiased inspection.

My only obligation is to perform an independent, unbiased or impartial inspection for the commissioning party. Biased or bogus floor covering inspection reporting can have far reaching complications, may cause you thousands of dollars, unnecessary litigation, stress, loss of sleep, loss of business, unnecessary insurance rate hikes and business losses.
